Orlando, Florida – November 1, 2003 - Airwire.net, Inc., a leading provider of commercial broadband Internet services throughout Central Florida announced it has completed  the expansion of its Broadband Data Network in Orlando, FL.  Airwire installed additional network equipment, in cooperation with Time Warner Telecom, to expand Airwire’s hardwire T-1 coverage to three additional Central Florida Counties.  This network expansion increases the Internet connectivity options available to businesses in Central Florida.  Airwire now delivers competitively priced digital T-1s for dedicated Internet access connectivity in Brevard County, Orange County, Seminole County and Osceola County.

T1 connections are optimal for medium sized businesses and will enable you to run mission critical applications, decrease costs and increase revenue.  Carrying data at a rate of 1.544 Megabits per second in either direction at the same time, a T1 line is just what today's growing enterprise needs in a fast-paced business environment. The T1 data transfer speed is approximately 60 times more data than a normal residential modem.    Small and medium sized enterprises can now take advantage services that used to be affordable only by larger companies.

“We looked very carefully at Time Warner Telecom’s Orlando fiber network and capabilities before we made a decision to roll out this offering,” said Thomas Gaume, Airwire.net’s Vice President of Engineering.  “After our review we were quite confident that TWT could provide us the services required to deliver Airwire.net’s current menu of Internet services to the Orlando area.”

“There are many access providers to choose from when selecting high-speed Internet access services,” said Osceola.com’s CTO Vince Barnes, “Airwire.net exceeded our requirements for reliability, quality, service and price.”
